Student Portraits Now Available to View!

Hogg Middle School 2021-2022 Student Portraits are now available for viewing and ordering on our site. Please read below to find out more, then click the button to visit the ordering site.

ONLINE CODE

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code which is your STUDENT ID, followed by the code "F21." For example, if the student ID is 1234567, then the online passcode would be 1234567F21. Please enter this passcode and your email to log in to the gallery. We will send order receipts and/or digital downloads to this email, so please be accurate.

ORDER DELIVERY & FREE SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped to your home directly from our lab.Orders will NOT be delivered to the school. Digital Download orders will be delivered immediately via email--check your spam or junk folder.

Please use the code 21HOGG22 for FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling more than $24.

For delivery, please allow up 3 weeks for delivery of physical products via the US Postal Service. Contact us if you need tracking information or more details.

RETAKES

The date for Retake Day is yet TO BE DETERMINED. If you are unhappy with your student's pictures, please find the retake button below and sign up so we may pull your student on Retake Day. Please give us some notes on what we can do to give you a better portrait of your student.

If your student is new or was absent, don't worry, we are aware of this and will pull your child out of class to be photographed.

Please sign upBEFORE MONDAY, JANUARY 24th, if your student needs a retake! Sign up here or click the button below. If your child was absent or a new student, don't worry, we will pull them automatically.

LOG-IN ISSUES?

If you are not able to log in to your student's gallery and get an error code, this may mean your child was not photographed. Please check your student ID, and make sure you input the code F21 behind it (example: 1234567F21). Should you need more help, please contact us immediately by clicking the "Password Help" button below.

If you've ordered a digital download, please note that this item is sent to you via EMAIL immediately after completing your order. For Your Safety

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a trying time for all of us. Please know that when we photograph your child, we adhere to safety standards which include socially-distanced photography between the subject and photographer, anti-bacterial wipes, and an abundance of hand sanitizer. Additionally, all Lot Five Studios employees are masked at all times when working with your student.

Headshots in Free Dress

School Portraits are headshots for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern, and puts the focus on the student and not the background.

All Hogg students will be photographed in school-appropriate, free dress attire. School uniform is not required. Please make sure you are groomed and camera ready, we'll take care of the rest.

Hair & Grooming

In this time of Covid, we do touch-free grooming which is basically helping your student groom themselves for their photos. Please prompt your child on what to do with their hair when they're in front of our camera.

For long-haired girls, we suggest wearing hair down, as ponytails and braids do not photograph as well as loose hair, and tend to get messy throughout the day. Hair bows and accessories should be small in size as to not distract from your student's face. And don't forget to brush your teeth!

Online Galleries

About 2 - 4 weeks after Picture Day, your portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering.

Passcodes and proofing information will be sent through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Make Ups and Retakes

At Lot Five Studios, your satisfaction is always our goal. If you missed your picture day, or you'd like to get a retake for any reason, please come back the next time we are on campus--DATE TO BE DETERMINED.

Please send us a retake request by clicking the button below. This will ensure that you will get pulled from class, and it will also let us know how we can do better and improve your Yearbook photo.

How We Work

Everything You Need to Know About Student Portraits

1. We photograph students, faculty and staff on Fall Picture Days--November 16th through 18th.

2. If you miss your actual picture day time, please come to us on campus anyway on 11/16-11/18 during school hours and we will work you in!

3. Give us about 2-4 weeks to process the images and get them ready for viewing.

4. When the images are uploaded and ready to go, we will send information to the school informing students and parents on how to access their student galleries, passcodes, and ordering instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).

5. Log in and select your Yearbook photos! Or request a retake if you are unsatisfied with your image, RETAKES are on DATE TO BE DETERMINED.

6. Place an order by the deadline date to have your order either delivered to the school for free or shipped to you--NOTE: delivery details are yet to be determined.

7. If you missed the ordering deadline, don't worry--your images will still be available for purchase, however you will have to pay a shipping fee and your order will be sent directly to you.

A Few Final Notes:

RETAKES will be offered for Fall Portraits on a date to be determined. To receive notices regarding fall pictures and retakes, sign up for the Hogg School Picture Newsletter below! If you have already been photographed, the new image will be uploaded in to the same gallery as your original photos within 3 weeks of the retake date. Your retake order may may incur additional shipping fees.

You are a Star. We'd love to use your photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you are under 18, please ask your parents. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about students--just your awesome image.

Family Portraits, Headshots and Other Good Stuff. If you are in need of family portraits, corporate headshots, sports portraits, or Senior photos, please subscribe to our newsletter below or request a session! We offer quick and modern photography sessions during our "Open Studio Days" in our nearby studio, located in the Arts District off Sawyer and I-10.
