Spring Portraits are Now Ready to View!

Thanks for your patience! Garden Oaks Montessori Sspring 2023 Portraits are now available for ordering on our site. Please read below to find out more, then click the button to see your photos.

ONLINE CODE

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code which is your STUDENT ID, followed by the code "Sp23." For example, if the student ID is 1234567, then the online passcode would be 1234567Sp23. Please enter this passcode and your email to log in to the gallery. This email is where order receipts and/or digital downloads are sent.

NOTE: Students should know their student identification number issued by the school. Some kids know this as their "S-number" which they use to log into school apps with. Please ask your student, or contact us for photo gallery access.

SHIP TO HOME

Orders will ship directly from our lab to your home and NOT to the school.

Please use the code SpringFree23 to waive shipping fees on orders totaling more than $36.

Don't forget to combine your shopping carts for multiple children to save on shipping. If you have any trouble with this, read the instructions below, or contact us to combine your children's galleries (spring only).

Want to order an item that is not in our catalog? Ornaments, coffee mugs, etc? No problem! Please email or text us and we can make that happen.

LOG-IN ISSUES?

If you do not know your student's HISD-issued student identification number, it can be found on your most recent report card. Most older students know their ID as their "S-number" which they use to log into the school computers.

You can contact the school to ask, or send us a password request and we'll be happy to help you out.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD INFORMATION

Orders for digital downloads are sent to you via email immediately after completing your order. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when logging into your student's gallery; this email is where downloads and receipts will go. After ordering a digital download, please check your junk/spam folder for the email with the download link.

Also, remember to actually download your photo! The download email does expire, so don't delay, download today! Please contact us if you have any trouble.

What to Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following:

Backdrop Color: Student's Choice!

--Photo backdrops are simple, colorful, and modern.

--Your child will choose the color of backdrop. We DO NOT choose for them.

--We do NOT use fake backdrops or Green Screen!

--Once your student is photographed on a certain color, we CANNOT change it.

--Spring Portraits will NOT be submitted to the Yearbook. This is just for you. Therefore, NO RETAKES.

What to Wear

--Spring Picture wardrobe is school-appropriate Free Dress only on your scheduled day.

--Dress in something fresh, fun, and stylish. NO COSTUMES PLEASE!

--Sweaters/Jackets...on or off? Please tell your kids to tell us what you want!

--We do NOT photograph shoes! Pictures are 3/4 length, which means from the knees up.

Hair and Grooming

--Please tell your child how their hair should look so we can help them groom hair!

--HAIR: long hair is best worn down; ponytails get messy.

--NO HATS PLEASE (unless it is part of the outfit; eg. western hats, etc.)

Smile, Please!

--We are on campus for 3 days. If your child is absent, has to leave early, or you forget to dress them, please send them back dressed and ready on one of the other days!

--Please help us help you get a great photo of your child by asking your student to smile and comply, we appreciate it!

--There are NO RETAKES for Spring Pictures.

Proofing

OMG, yes! No more squashed order forms or losing your payment in the black hole of your child's backpack! No more wondering how their photos came out.

Get online and SEE your portraits; pick your favorites!
Don't miss another picture order! Pay via credit card to ensure that we got your order and get receipts via email instead of misplacing the order form.
No more pressure from family! Email the Grandparents their link so they can get their own copies!

A Few Final Notes:

NO RETAKES will be offered for Spring Pictures as this program is done as an additional service to the families of Garden Oaks Montessori. If your child misses their scheduled day, or forgot to wear free dress, PLEASE send them back to be photographed again the following day, if possible. Thanks for your understanding.

Ordering Online. It's our thing. There will be cut-off date for orders to be delivered to the school, so please keep your eyes peeled for deadlines. After deadlines, you can still order, but you will have to pay a shipping fee, and we don't offer as many cool packages or products as the ones we deliver to the school. Please expect up to 6 weeks after deadline for order delivery.

Your Kid is a Star. We'd love to use your child's photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about your children--just their awesome image.
