ONLINE CODE
To access your student portrait gallery, please enter your online code by using your child's seven-digit STUDENT ID, followed by the code F20. For example, if the student ID is 1234567, then the online passcode would be 1234567F20. Please enter this passcode and your email to log in to the gallery. (Please use the email where you would like order receipts and/or digital downloads sent.)
RETAKES AND MAKE UP DAY IS MARCH 12TH AND MARCH 22ND!
A date for retakes and make-ups is on FRIDAY, MARCH 12th, and also on MONDAY, MARCH 22nd! We will be back on campus to photograph students and staff who missed picture day or were unhappy with their photos. We will repeat our "drive-up picture day" process, so keep an eye out for details. If you would like to share with us tips on how we can make your student's picture better, please let us know here. Please do not fill out a retake form if your student was absent or missed picture day; we have you on our list!
"GALLERY UNAVAILABLE" ERRORS
Although we were on campus for two days, we were not able to photograph the entire student population due to Virtual or Remote Learners who were not able to make it.
If you are attempting to log in to your student's gallery and get an error message stating "The gallery you are attempting to access is not yet available. Please contact the photographer for more information about this gallery." this may mean that we did not photograph your child due to illness or absence from Picture Day. If your child was sick or is a Virtual or Remote Learner, and did not come to campus to be photographed, then we will have no images on file for that student, and the gallery will be "unavailable" until images are added to the gallery.
If you need help with retrieving your online code to access your child's gallery, please scroll down below and click on the Password Help button.
ORDER DEADLINE FOR FREE DELIVERY TO THE SCHOOL
This year you have two options for receiving your orders. After placing items in your shopping cart, you will be given the option of a free delivery to the school (for In-Person students), or you may ship your order home (best for Virtual or Remote Learning students) at checkout.
If you would like to pick up orders on campus, please PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE FRIDAY, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12th for delivery to the school free of charge. Anything received after that date will ship to you directly, and additional shipping fees may apply.
If you do decide to ship your order home, please use the coupon code FBMS20 to waive your shipping fee on orders totaling more than $28.
RETAKES AND MAKE UP DAY IS MARCH 12TH AND MARCH 22ND!
If your student missed picture day, don't sweat it! We now have two dates for Retakes and Make-up Picture Days! You can drive up either on FRIDAY, MARCH 12th, or on MONDAY, MARCH 22nd! (Location is yet to be determined.)

Original picture days were December 8th and 9th
We adhere to a strict social distancing protocol when photographing individuals during this pandemic and are taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of students and staff during their portrait times.
Face-to-Face students on campus will come to the Multi-Purpose Room in their science class and will be photographed per their teacher's scheduled time.
Due to Covid safety concerns, we will photograph Virtual/Remote Learning students utilizing a "drive up" picture day model, which has been successful at other schools. Parents will pull up to the circle drive, let the student out and wait in the car. The student will enter the Multi-Purpose Room to be photographed, and will depart the campus immediately after. Photography will take approximately 5 minutes. Students, please wear your masks to campus!
Schedule for Retakes/Make-up is pending school administration.
As you know, the pandemic has created many challenges with children in schools, and school photography is no exception. We at Lot Five Studios are making every effort in keeping students and faculty (as well as ourselves) safe!
All photographers and photography staff will be masked and the use of sanitizing products such as hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will be utilized. All classes who are not in a learning pod or cohort will remain separated.
We are not your old-school photography company, yay! You get to see your photos BEFORE you buy them and select your Yearbook photos as well. Online proofing will be available a few weeks after we photograph students and staff. You will be notified via school newsletters and Remind when proofs are available.
Lot Five Studios will be on-campus to photograph both In-Person and Virtual students as well as faculty and staff on December 8th and 9th during school hours. Students attending on campus will come during class time, no sign-up necessary.
ALL Virtual students must sign up so we know what day to expect you--don't worry if you are late or need to make changes, just please come by. You may sign up at any time that fits your schedule. Pictures will take about 5 minutes.
Please wear clothing appropriate based on school dress code guidelines and a mask! Please scroll down below for additional information on school pictures. Click the orange button below to sign up.
Face-to-Face (In-Person) students on campus do not need to make an appointment--they will come down to get photographed during their science class periods.
For Virtual (at home) students, please sign up and come to campus during your appointment time. All Virtual students (parents) must pull up in the circle drive, and walk inside the Multi-Purpose Room to get photographed. Photos will take approximately 5 minutes.
So here's the drill...please take note of the following:
1. We photograph students, faculty and staff on Fall Picture Days--December 8th and 9th.
2. If you miss your appointment, please come to campus anyway on December 8th or 9th during school hours and we will work you in!
3. Give us about 2-4 weeks to process the images and get them ready for viewing.
4. When the images are uploaded and ready to go, we will send information to the school informing students and parents on how to access their student galleries, passcodes, and ordering instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).
5. Log in and select your Yearbook photos! Or request a retake if you are unsatisfied with your image, RETAKES are MARCH 12th and MARCH 22nd.
6. Place an order by the deadline date to have your order either delivered to the school for free or shipped to you--NOTE: delivery details are yet to be determined.
7. If you missed the ordering deadline, don't worry--your images will still be available for purchase, however you will have to pay a shipping fee and your order will be sent directly to you.
8. Sign up for our Frank Black specific newsletter to get emails for all things related to school pictures. Click the button below and sign up today!
