Xavier Educational Academy 2023-2024 Underclass Student Portraits are available for ordering on our site. An email was sent out to all students' XEA emails. Please read below to find out more, then click the button to visit the order site.

How to Get Your Pictures

ONLINE CODE FOR GRADES 9-11

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code which is the First Four Letters of Last Name followed by the First Four Letters of First Name and the code "F23."

For example, Jonathan Anderson would be "AndeJonaF23" and so on.

Please enter this passcode and your email to log in to the gallery. This email is where order receipts and/or digital downloads are sent.

LOG-IN ISSUES?

For names shorter than five letters, please enter ALL letters.

Please use the student's name as registered at the school; no nicknames or middle names.

If two last names, please use the first last name in the passcode. For example, "Sarah Garcia-Jones" would have the passcode "GarcSaraF23."

ORDER DEADLINE & DELIVERY TO THE SCHOOL

Orders placed by MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27th will be delivered to the school free of charge.

Orders received after the due date are subject to additional shipping fees and will be shipped to your home.

Digital Download orders will be delivered immediately via email--check your spam or junk folder.

CLASS OF 2024 SENIORS

We are pleased to announce that XEA Seniors will be photographed in our new Oak Forest studio starting January 2024. Please click here to sign up for more Senior session information as it becomes available.

YEARBOOK POSE SELECTION FOR ALL STUDENTS

Please select your YEARBOOK POSE by MONDAY, November 27th; if no image is selected, we will choose one for you. On the bottom left of your gallery page, go to the red bar titled "Yearbook Selection" and choose the image you want to appear in the yearbook. Don't forget to hit the green "Save" button on the bottom right of the page to save your selection.

RETAKE DAY COMING SOON!

RETAKE DAY IS WEDNESDAY, November 15th. If you would like a new photo taken for any reason, please fill out the Retake Form by clicking the button below. This notifies us to pull your student from class to take another photo.

If you've ordered a digital download, please note that this item is sent via EMAIL immediately after completing your order. Please enter your email address correctly when logging into your student's gallery. After ordering a digital download, please CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM folder for the emailed file. What to Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following:

Headshots on a Neutral Backdrop

Fall Portraits are headshots for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern, and the focus is on the student and not the background.

All Xavier students will be photographed in school-appropriate attire. No hats, please! Please make sure you are groomed and camera ready, we'll take care of the rest!!

Hair & Grooming

No hats, please! We make it a point to help fine-tune hair (smoothing fly-aways, fighting the effects of humidity) before taking your picture, so please bring any hair grooming implements you might need for final touches before you're in front of our camera.

For long hair, we suggest wearing hair down, as ponytails and messy buns do not photograph as well as loose hair and tend to get more messy throughout the day. And don't forget to brush your teeth!

Choose Your Yearbook Photo!

About 3 - 4 weeks after Picture Day, your Fall Portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering. This is also where you get to choose your Yearbook photo. If you do not choose your photo by the date indicated on the emails, one will be chosen for you.

Passcodes and proofing information will be sent through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Make Ups and Retakes

At Lot Five Studios, your satisfaction is always our goal. If you missed your picture day, or you'd like to get a retake for any reason, please come back on Retake Day--NOVEMBER 15.

Please send us a retake request by clicking the button below. This will ensure that you will get pulled from class, and it will also let us know how we can do better and improve your Yearbook photo.

For Seniors

Seniors will NOT be photographed during Fall Portrait Days. All Senior yearbook photos will be taken in cap and gown during our Senior Portrait weekends held at our studio in the Oak Forest. Please click below to learn more about Xavier Academy Senior Portraits this year!

OMG, yay! No more wondering how your photos came out! No more squashed order forms or losing your mom's payment in the black hole of your backpack! Get online and SEE your portraits; pick your favorites! PICK YOUR YEARBOOK POSE! Even if you don't order, please tell us which photo you prefer to go in your yearbook. Don't miss another picture order! Pay via credit card to ensure that we got your order and get receipts via email instead of misplacing the order form. No more pressure from family! Email your Grandparents their link so they can get their own copies!

You are a Star

You are a Star. We'd love to use your photo! At Lot Five Studios, we always look for smiling students to use as models. If you are interested in allowing your school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you are under 18, please ask your parents. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry; we never use any identifying information about students--just your awesome image.

How We Work

Everything You Need to Know About Fall Portraits

1. We photographed all students, faculty, and staff on Picture Day--10/4.

2. Give us about 2-4 weeks to process the images and get them ready for viewing.

3. When the images are uploaded and ready to go, we will send information to the school telling students and parents how to access their student galleries, including passcodes and ordering instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).

4. Log in and select your Yearbook photos! Or request a retake if you are unsatisfied with your image--Retake day is NOVEMBER 15.

5. Place an order by the deadline date, please.

6. If you missed the ordering deadline, don't worry--your images will still be available for purchase; however, you will have to pay a shipping fee, and your order will be sent directly to you.
