To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code which is your STUDENT ID. Please enter your child's Student ID and an email to log in to the gallery. This email is where order receipts and/or digital downloads are sent, so please make sure your email is entered correctly.
NOTE: Students should know their student identification number issued by the school. Some kids know this as their "S-number" which they use to log into school apps with. Please ask your student, or contact us for photo gallery access.
Orders will ship directly to your home and NOT to the school.
Please use the code SpringFree23 to waive shipping fees on orders totaling more than $36.

Want to order an item that is not in our catalog? Ornaments, coffee mugs, etc? No problem! Please email or text us and we can make that happen.

Where's My Download?
Orders for digital downloads are sent to you via email immediately after completing your order. After ordering a digital download, please check your junk/spam folder for the email with the download link.
Before purchasing, please make sure your email address is entered correctly when logging into your student's gallery; this email is where downloads and receipts are sent.

Also, remember to actually download your photo! The download email does expire, so don't delay, download today! Please contact us if you have any trouble.

Image Size and Print Resolution
We save our files as jpgs as they are the consumer print industry standard, and are easier to download than larger file types. Anything larger is hardly used for personal photos (more for commercial business uses).
In our industry, images with large file types are often degraded anyhow, because consumer printer technology has limitations with larger file sizes. Social media uploads require much less, so KB works perfectly for this use.
As long as your DPI (dots per inch) is at 300 and your pixel (px) size is at least 3000, you should have no issues with any professional photo lab, printing as large as an 8x10 print, even if your image is under 3.0MB (file compression size).

Hello Stevens Families! We are Lot Five Studios--a small, local photography company based in Garden Oaks and Oak Forest with more than 13 years of experience photographing children in our neighborhood schools.

1. We photograph your child on their Spring Picture Day. See the schedule and check with your teacher as well.
2. If they were absent or if you forgot to send them in free-dress, please send them the following day and we will photograph them. Reminder: there are no retakes for Spring Pictures.
3. Give us a few weeks to process the images and get them ready for viewing, usually about 3-5 weeks for larger schools.
4. When the images are uploaded and ready to go, the school will post information on our behalf, letting parents know how to access their child's gallery for viewing and ordering. Reminder: there are no retakes for Spring Pictures. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).
5. Place an order by the deadline date to have your order delivered to the school for free. Orders will be distributed to the teachers.
6. If you missed the deadline, don't worry--your images will still be available for purchase, however, you will have to pay a shipping fee so it will be sent directly to you.
