Online Passcode

LOG-IN ISSUES? Please ensure you enter the correct online passcode. For example, if the student's name is Michael Anderson, then the online passcode would be AndeMichSp26.  If the name is shorter than 4 characters, simply use the 2/3 characters, for example, Ali Anderson would be AndeAliSp26.and your email address. If you have trouble accessing our child's gallery, please contact us immediately by clicking the "Password Help" button below.

ORDER DEADLINE April 8

Orders placed by April 8 will be delivered to the school at no additional charge. Orders received after the due date are subject to additional shipping fees and will be shipped to your home. Digital Download orders will be delivered immediately via email--check your spam or junk folders.

What to Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following: 

Backdrop Color: Student's Choice!

--Photo backdrops are simple, colorful, and modern. 

--Your child will choose the color of backdrop. We DO NOT choose for them.

--We do NOT use fake backdrops or Green Screen!

--Once your student is photographed on a certain color, we CANNOT change it.

--Spring Portraits will NOT be submitted to the Yearbook. This is just for you. Therefore, NO RETAKES.

What to Wear

--Spring Picture wardrobe is school-appropriate Free Dress only on your scheduled day.

--Dress in something fresh, fun, and stylish. NO COSTUMES PLEASE!

--Sweaters/Jackets...on or off? Please tell your kids to tell us what you want!

--We do NOT photograph shoes! Pictures are 3/4 length, which means from the knees up.

Hair and Grooming

--Please tell your child how their hair should look so we can help them groom hair!

--HAIR: long hair is best worn down; ponytails get messy.

--NO HATS PLEASE (unless it is part of the outfit; eg. western hats, etc.)

Smile, Please!

--We are on campus for 2 days. If your child is absent, has to leave early, or you forget to dress them, please send them back dressed and ready on one of the other days!

--Please help us help you get a great photo of your child by asking your student to smile and comply, we appreciate it!

--There are NO RETAKES for Spring Pictures.

Please wear a school-appropriate free-dress outfit
on your classroom's designated picture day
per the schedule provided. 

If your student will miss or has missed their scheduled day,
please send them on a different day, if you can.
We are on campus for 2 days total.

We DO NOT OFFER RETAKES for Spring Pictures.

Missed ordering last Fall's school pictures? Last spring? Never fear--we've got you covered!

A Few Final Notes:

  • NO RETAKES will be offered for Spring Pictures, as this program is done as an additional service to the families of St. Rose of Lima. If your child misses their scheduled day or forgot to wear free dress, PLEASE send them back to be photographed the following day, if possible.  Thanks for your understanding. 
  • Ordering Online. It's our thing. Orders will be shipped to your home and NOT to the school. Please look for a free shipping code located inside your child's gallery. 
  • Your Kid is a Star.  We'd love to use your child's photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo to appear as one of the faces in our school-specific marketing pieces, please read the information at the end of your online order before checkout.  If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please read the info and let us know.  Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about your children — just their awesome image.
