ROUND 2 ORDERS submitted before December 2nd will be delivered to the school free of charge before Winter Break! (That's right, no shipping fees!)

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter you online code as described below.

Use the FIRST FOUR LETTERS OF LAST NAME, followed by the FIRST FOUR LETTERS OF FIRST NAME, and the code "F19." For example, Jonathan Anderson would be "AndeJonaF19" and so on.

Please use the student's name as registered at the school; no nicknames or middle names. If the name is shorter than four letters, please enter all characters. If the student has two last names, please use the first last name in the passcode. For example, "Sarah Garcia-Jones" would have the passcode "GarcSaraF19" and so on.

Should you have any trouble accessing our child's gallery, please contact us immediately. Please enter this password and your email to log in to the gallery.

What To Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following:

Head Shots in Mass Uniforms

Fall Portraits are head shots for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern, and put the focus on your child and not the background.

All St. Rose of Lima students will be photographed in mass uniforms. Please make sure your student is well-groomed and camera ready!

Hair & Grooming

We do our best to clean the faces of little ones, and ask the big ones how their hair is supposed to look.

We always do our best to fix your child's hair before taking their picture, so please prompt your child on what to do with their hair when they're in front of our camera.

For long-haired girls, we suggest wearing hair down, as ponytails and braids do not photograph as well as loose hair, and tend to get messy throughout the day. Hair bows and accessories should be smaller in size as to not distract from your student's face.

Smile, Please!

At Lot Five Studios we try our hardest to get the very best and natural smiles out of each and every child. We take our time to make kids feel comfortable in front of the camera.

However, despite our best efforts, sometimes they are shy, or just plain not willing to work with us. Maybe you can help? Please, help us help you get a great photo of your child by asking your student to smile and comply, we appreciate it!

Proofing Online

About 3 weeks after Picture Day, your child's Fall Portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering. Proofing information will be sent through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Class Pictures

Group/Class photos will take place separately from individual portraits this year. We will be back on campus on October 24th for Class Pictures.

Make Ups and Retakes

At Lot Five Studios, your satisfaction is always our goal. If your child missed their picture day, or you'd like to get a retake for any reason, we'll be back on October 24th to take a new picture.

Please make sure to let your child's teacher know that they need a make up or retake photo, and send us a retake request by clicking the above photo.

OMG, yes! No more squashed order forms or losing your payment in the black hole of your child's backpack! No more wondering how their photos came out.

Don't miss another picture order! Pay via credit card to ensure that we got your order and get receipts via email instead of misplacing the order form.

What you need to know about Proofing

1. We photograph your child on their Fall Portrait Day.

2. If they were absent, please send them for the next shoot on September 19th and we will photograph them. If you forgot to send them to school not camera-ready, you can send them to be photographed again for Retakes on campus. Reminder: retakes for Fall Portraits are on October 24th.

3. Give us a few weeks to process the images and get them ready for viewing, usually about 3 weeks.

4. When the images are uploaded and ready to go, we will send an information for the school to email, letting parents know how to access their child's gallery for viewing and order instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).

5. Place an order by the deadline date to have your order delivered to the school for free. Orders will be distributed through the teachers.

6. If you missed the order deadline, don't worry--your images will still be available for purchase, however you will have to pay a shipping fee and it will be sent directly to you.

2019 Fall Portrait Schedule

A Few Final Notes:

RETAKES will be offered only for Fall Portraits on Thursday, October 24th. If your child has already been photographed, the new image will be uploaded in to the same gallery as their original photos within 3 weeks. Your retake order may may incur additional shipping fees.

Ordering Online. It's our thing. There will be cut-off date for orders to be delivered to the school, so please keep your eyes peeled for deadlines. After deadlines, you can still order, but you will have to pay a shipping fee, and we don't offer as many cool packages or products as the ones we deliver to the school. Please expect up to 6 weeks after deadline for order delivery.

We'd Love to use Your Child's Photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about your children--just the image.
