St. Rose of Lima 2022-2023 School Portraits are now available for ordering on our site. Please read below to find out more, then click the button to go to the order site.

ONLINE CODE

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code as described below.

Use the first first FOUR LETTERS OF LAST NAME, followed by the first FOUR LETTERS OF FIRST NAME, and the code "F22." For example, Jonathan Anderson would be "AndeJonaF22" and so on.

ORDER DEADLINE

Orders are due by NOVEMBER 16th and will be delivered to the school with no delivery fees. Orders submitted after 11/16 will be subject to shipping fees; we cannot guarantee that orders made after 11/16 will arrive before Christmas Break.

LOG-IN ISSUES?

--Names shorter than five letters, please enter ALL letters.
--Please use the student's name as registered at the school; no nicknames or middle names.
--If two last names, please use the first last name in the passcode. For example, "Sarah Garcia-Jones" would have the passcode "GarcSaraF22."
--Please enter this password and your email to log in to the gallery.

NOTE: We have tried our best to ensure all online codes are unique, however, there are students with very similar names. Should you have any trouble accessing our child's gallery, please contact us immediately.

RETAKES

Retake Day is TO BE DETERMINED. If your student was absent or you are unhappy with your child's pictures, please find the retake button below and sign up so we may pull your student on Retake Day.

Football, Cheer, and Volleyball individual and group photos are up and any orders will ship directly to you. Please use the same online code format as your School Picture galleries (see below).

What To Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following:

Head Shots in Mass Uniforms

Fall Portraits are head shots for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern, and put the focus on your child and not the background.

All St. Rose of Lima students in grades 1st through 8th will be photographed in mass uniforms; PreK3, PreK4, and Kindergarten students will be photographed in standard uniform. Please make sure your student is well-groomed and camera ready!

Hair & Grooming

We do our best to clean the faces of little ones, and try to fix your child's hair before taking their picture, so please prompt your child on what to do with their hair when they're in front of our camera.

For long-haired girls, we suggest wearing hair down, as ponytails and braids do not photograph as well as loose hair. Hair bows and accessories should be small in size as to not distract from your student's face.

Smile Please!

At Lot Five Studios we try our hardest to get the very best and natural smiles out of each and every child. We take our time to make kids feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Please help us help you get a great photo of your child by preparing your student and asking them to smile and comply, we appreciate it!

Online Proofing

About 3 weeks after Picture Day, your child's Fall Portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering.

Proofing information will be sent through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Class Pictures

Group/Class photos will be photographed at the same time as individual portraits. These will be posted for sale in your student's gallery later in the school year.

Make Ups and Retakes

At Lot Five Studios, your satisfaction is always our goal. If your child missed their picture day, or you'd like to get a retake for any reason, your students can come back on any day we are on campus; RETAKE DAY TO BE DETERMINED.

Please make sure to let your child's teacher know that they need a make up or retake photo, and send us a retake request by clicking the button below to tell us how we can do better. This also allows us to email you when the retakes are ready to proof.

Everything You Need to Know About Fall Portraits

RETAKES will be offered only for Fall Portraits on FUTURE DATE TO BE DETERMINED. If your child has already been photographed, the new image will be uploaded in to the same gallery as their original photos within 2 weeks.

Ordering Online. It's our thing. There will be cut-off date for orders to be delivered to the school, so please keep your eyes peeled for deadlines. After deadlines, you can still order, but you may have to pay a shipping fee after a certain date. Please expect up to 3-4 weeks for order delivery after deadline.

We'd Love to use Your Child's Photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about your children--just the image.

Family Portraits and Headshots. If you are in need of Family Portraits, or corporate headshots, please subscribe to our newsletter below! We offer quick and modern photography sessions in our nearby studio, located in the Arts District off of Sawyer and I-10. Socially distanced, of course!
