HOW TO VIEW YOUR PROOFS

ROUND 2 ORDERS are now available. If you missed out the first time, or need more gift items, order today!

Access your images by clicking the orange, rectangular button below which reads "SEE MY PROOFS." Enter your gallery passcode and the email address where you want order confirmations and digital downloads sent.

ROUND 2 ORDERS submitted before December 2nd will be delivered to the school free of charge before Winter Break! (That's right, no shipping fees!)

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter you online code as described below.

Use the first FIVE LETTERS OF LAST NAME, followed by the first FIVE LETTERS OF FIRST NAME, and the code "F19." For example, Jonathan Anderson would be "AnderJonatF19" and so on.

Please use your student's name as registered at the school; no nicknames or middle names. If the name is shorter than four letters, please enter all characters. If the student has two last names, please use the first last name in the passcode. For example, "Sarah Garcia-Jones" would have the passcode "GarciSarahF19" and so on. Please enter this password and your email to log in to the gallery.

We have tried our best to ensure all online codes are unique, however, there are students with very similar names. Should you have any trouble accessing our child's gallery, please contact us immediately by clicking the "I need password help" button below.

What To Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following:

Head Shots in School Uniform

Fall Portraits are head shots for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern, and puts the focus on your child and not the background.

All Garden Oaks students will be photographed in SCHOOL UNIFORM ONLY. Photos are best photographed in a red, white or navy POLO SHIRT! Please do not wear school t-shirts with large logos. Make sure your student is well-groomed and camera ready, we'll take care of the rest!

Hair & Grooming

We do our best to clean the faces of little ones, and ask the big ones how their hair is supposed to look.

We always do our best to fix your child's hair before taking their picture, so please prompt your child on what to do with their hair when they're in front of our camera.

For long-haired girls, we suggest wearing hair down, as ponytails and braids do not photograph as well as loose hair, and tend to get messy throughout the day. Hair bows and accessories should be smaller in size as to not distract from your student's face.

Smile Please!

At Lot Five Studios we try our hardest to get the very best and natural smiles out of each and every child. We take our time to make kids feel comfortable in front of the camera.

However, despite our best efforts, sometimes they are shy, or just plain not willing to work with us. Maybe you can help? Please, help us help you get a great photo of your child by asking your student to smile and comply, we appreciate it!

Proofing Online

About 3 weeks after Picture Day, your child's Fall Portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering.

Proofing information will be sent through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Class Pictures

Group/Class photos will take place separately from individual portraits. We will be back on campus on November 6th and 7th for Class Pictures.

Make Ups and Retakes

At Lot Five Studios, your satisfaction is always our goal. If your child missed their picture day, or you'd like to get a retake for any reason, your students can come back any day we are on campus--September 23rd through 25th. We'll be back on October 15th to take a new picture.

Please make sure to let your child's teacher know that they need a make up or retake photo, and send us a retake request by clicking the above photo to tell us how we can do better.

Everything You Need to Know About Fall Portraits

1. We photograph your child on their Fall Portrait Day.

2. If they were absent, please send them to the gym in a uniform POLO any day we are on campus (9/23-9/25) and we will photograph them. If you forgot to send them in a uniform polo on their scheduled Picture Day, please send them back the next day. Reminder: retakes for Fall Portraits are October 15th.

3. Give us about 3-4 weeks to process the images and get them ready for viewing.

4. When the images are uploaded and ready to go, we will send information flyer to the school, telling parents how to access their child's gallery with ordering instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).

5. Place an order by the deadline date to have your order delivered to the school for free. On-time orders will be distributed through the teachers.

6. If you missed the deadline, don't worry--your images will still be available for purchase, however you will have to pay a shipping fee and your order will be sent directly to you.

2019 Fall Portrait Day Schedule

A Few Final Notes:

RETAKES will be offered for Fall Portraits only on Tuesday, October 15th. If your child has already been photographed, the new image will be uploaded in to the same gallery as their original photos within 3 weeks of the retake date. Your retake order may may incur additional shipping fees.

Ordering Online. It's our thing. There will be cut-off date for orders to be delivered free to the school, so please keep your eyes peeled for deadlines. After the deadline, you can still order, but you will have to pay a shipping fee, and we don't offer as many cool packages or products as the ones we deliver to the school. Please expect up to 6 weeks after deadline for order delivery.

Your Kid is a Star. We'd Love to use Your Child's Photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about your children--just their awesome image.

Family Portraits, Headshots and Other Good Stuff. If you are in need of family portraits, corporate headshots, sports portraits, or Senior photos, please subscribe to our newsletter below or request a session!
