Here's How to Get Your Pictures

ONLINE CODE

To access your student's portrait gallery, please enter your online code which is your STUDENT ID, followed by the code "F22." For example, if the student ID is 1234567, then the online passcode would be 1234567F22. Please enter this passcode and your email to log in to the gallery. This email is where order receipts and/or digital downloads are sent.

NOTE: Students should know their student identification number issued by the school. Please ask your student, or contact us for photo gallery access.

ORDER DELIVERY & FREE SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped to your home directly from our lab. They will NOT be delivered to the school. Digital Download orders will be delivered immediately via email--check your spam or junk folder.

For free shipping, please use the code 22EIHS23 on orders totaling more than $32.

For delivery, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of physical products via the US Postal Service. Contact us if you need tracking information or more details.

Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions

Everything You Need to Know About Our School Pictures

Lot Five Studios makes ordering your school photo a breeze. OMG, yay! No more squashed order forms or losing your payment in the black hole of your backpack! No more wondering how your photos turned out. Here's how we do things:

1. We photograph students during their Study Skills class on their scheduled Picture Day.

2. Give us about 3-4 weeks to process the images and prepare them for viewing.

3. When the images are uploaded and ready, we will send information to the school, telling students and parents how to access your galleries and giving ordering instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know before everyone else does (perks, yay!).

3. If you love your photos, you may place an order. All orders submitted by the deadline will be delivered to the school free of charge. On-time orders will be distributed through the teachers.

4. Orders will be shipped directly to your home and not to the school. Please contact us for tracking information.

You are a Star. We'd Love to use Your Photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your child's school photo (or your own if you are over 18 years old) to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing pieces, please make sure to read the info at the end of your online order before checkout. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please read the info and let us know. Don't worry, we never use any identifying information about your children--just their amazing face.

If you are in need of family portraits, corporate headshots, sports portraits, or Senior photos, please subscribe to our newsletter below or request a session! We offer quick and modern photography sessions during our "Open Studio Days" in our nearby studio, located in the Arts District off Sawyer and I-10.
