Fall 2025 Student Portrait Galleries are Now Open

PORTRAIT ACCESS

Get the access code to access your student's portrait gallery here! Enter your online code, which is your student ID number, followed by the code "F25." For example, if the student's CVHS Student ID number is 1234567, then the online passcode would be 1234567F25.

ORDER DEADLINE

Orders are due by Tuesday, October 21, and will be delivered to the school at no additional charge. If you would like your order mailed out, please select the shipping option at checkout. After 10/21 this gallery will convert to "ship only" and orders will no longer be sent to school. Orders received after 10/21 are subject to additional shipping fees and will be shipped to your home. Digital Download orders will be delivered immediately via email--please enter your email correctly when ordering, and check your spam or junk folders afterward.

Select your favorite yearbook picture by NOVEMBER 1st! No late submissions allowed! Follow instructions inside your gallery and hit "save!" If no photo selection is made, we will choose one for you!

What To Expect

So here's the drill...please take note of the following: 

Headshots on a Neutral Backdrop

Fall Portraits are headshots for students and staff on a grey backdrop! The look is clean and modern, and the focus is on the student and not the background.

All students will be photographed in school-appropriate attire. No hats, please! Please make sure you are groomed and camera ready; we'll take care of the rest!!

Hair & Grooming

No hats, please! We make it a point to help fine-tune hair (smoothing fly-aways, fighting the effects of humidity) before taking your picture, so please bring any hair grooming implements you might need for final touches before you're in front of our camera.

We suggest wearing hair down for long hair, as ponytails and messy buns do not photograph, and loose hair tends to get more messy throughout the day. And don't forget to brush your teeth!

Choose Your Yearbook Photo!

About 3 - 4 weeks after Picture Day, your Fall Portraits will be uploaded to our website in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering. This is also where you get to choose your Yearbook photo. If you do not choose your photo by the date indicated in the emails, one will be chosen for you.

Passcodes and proofing information will be sent through the school, but our Newsletter Subscribers will get notified first!

Absentee Make Ups

Make up portraits are only for students who were absent on picture day or are new to the school. If you have issues with this, please email us, and we will discuss it with the school. Lot Five Studios will be back on campus on November 12, 2025 .

Please send us a retake request by clicking the button below. This will ensure that you will get pulled from class.

For Seniors

Seniors will be photographed in our new studio! All Senior yearbook photos will be taken in cap and gown. Visit our CVHS senior page for all the details and to book your senior portrait session today.

Picture Day Schedule

How It Works

  • We photograph students, faculty, and staff on Fall Picture Days--September 10 &11.  Please allow us approximately 2-4 weeks to process the images and prepare them for viewing.  Once the images are uploaded and ready, we will send information to the school, instructing students and parents on how to access their student galleries, including passcodes and ordering instructions. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you get to know about new content before everyone else does (perks, yay!).
  • Log in and select your Yearbook photos! Make up portraits are only for students who were absent on picture day or are new to the school. If you have issues with this, please email us, and we will discuss it with the school. Lot Five Studios will return to campus on November 12.
  • Please place an order by the deadline date.
  • If you missed the ordering deadline, don't worry—your images will still be available for purchase. However, you may incur a shipping fee, and your order will be shipped directly to you. 
  • Make-ups will be offered for Fall Portraits on November 12.  To receive notices regarding fall pictures and make-ups, sign up for the CVHS School Picture Newsletter below! 
  • Ordering Online.  It's our thing. There will be a cut-off date for orders to be delivered free to the school, so please keep an eye out for the deadline. After the deadline, you can still place an order, but you may incur a shipping fee, and we won't offer as many cool packages or products as those we deliver to the school. Please expect delivery of your order within 4 weeks after the deadline. 
  • You are a Star.  We'd love to use your photo! At Lot Five Studios, we are always looking for smiling students to use as our models. If you are interested in allowing your school photo to serve as one of the faces for our school-specific marketing materials, please ensure you read the information at the end of your online order before checkout.  If you are under 18, please obtain your parents' permission.  If you do not wish for your image to be used, please read the info and let us know.  Don't worry; we never use any identifying information about students — just your awesome image.
  • Family Portraits, Headshots, and Other Good Stuff. If you need family portraits, corporate headshots, sports portraits, or Senior photos, please subscribe to our newsletter below or request a session! We offer quick and modern photography sessions during our "Open Studio Days" in our nearby studio in the Oak Forest area.
